2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the website, technically required server log data may be processed, for example the requested page, date and time, browser and operating-system information, referrer and IP address. The processing is required to deliver and secure the website.

3. IONOS WebAnalytics

We use the WebAnalytics functionality included in the IONOS hosting package to obtain aggregated usage statistics from web-server log data. We do not integrate Google Analytics, advertising trackers or social-media pixels on this website, and the website code supplied by us does not set analytics or marketing cookies.

4. Contact form and e-mail

If you contact us using the form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (such as name, e-mail address, topic and message) to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contractual relationship. Form submissions are sent by e-mail to niepelt@niepelt.com. The website itself does not maintain a contact database.

5. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
